Summary
Director of IT & Marketing at ARV and NWEV — which grew into the largest ambulance-only dealership in the world during my tenure. I was originally hired in 2020 to design ARV's website; over the last six years, the role grew until I was effectively a one-person IT, engineering, and marketing department for both brands. Most recently, I built Home Base entirely from scratch in roughly two months — the internal platform built to eventually replace our Salesforce workflows. It currently runs the shop floor every day, with sales and accounting modules in active development. I also led the IT and telecommunications integration when we acquired NWEV.
Experience
Director of IT & Marketing
2020 – PresentAmerican Response Vehicles & Northwestern Emergency Vehicles
- Designed and built Home Base, the in-house platform built to replace Salesforce. It currently runs the shop floor—work orders, inspections, parts, and scheduling—with sales and accounting modules in active development for launch next year. Built entirely from scratch in ~2 months.
- Created Bolts, an in-app AI assistant powered by Claude that reads page context and can walk someone through a task or take the action for them.
- Shipped Ripple, an internal Loom-style video platform with screen recording, analytics, and threaded comments.
- Led the full IT and telecommunications integration when ARV acquired NWEV — migrated systems, standardized infrastructure, rolled NWEV onto our tools without disrupting operations.
- Design and produce every piece of marketing output for both brands, digital and physical. Beat the prior agency's numbers in three months.
- One-person IT department for both brands. Make the call, build it, ship it.
IT Director
2018 – 2019Seal-Rite Products
- Rebuilt the company's e-commerce site from the ground up. Revenue was up ~50% within the first year.
- Ran the Epicor ERP day-to-day and handled OEM purchasing, rebuilding BOMs and cleaning up stock tracking.
- Took over the servers — security, backups, and a cheaper cold-storage setup for archival data.

- Stood up an Odoo CRM/ERP and a custom WordPress store that tied inventory and employee management together.
